The choice of movies in F on BA was far smaller than offered by CX.
For dinner I was offered a curry (I have no problem with that) but for dessert was offered the nan bread that should have come with the main meal. This was so comical that I just lauighed quietly - I felt it would be too embarrasing for the cabin crew.
Where BA is still the best are the lounges at LHR.
I have recently travelled in F with BA (NF) and CX.
After all the hype I was rather disappointed with CX. Yes the IFE is better than BA on a 747 and the seat is very wide, but do I really need a seat that wide!? I actually found the CA F seat very hard and uncomfortable and the actual CX F cabin is nothing to get excited about. The food was not that great either.
I love the ambience of the NF cabin on BA and I find the seat extremely comfortable, and on a recent particular flight LHR-DFW everything was perfect........fantastic service with the best crew and great food and wine^
