I'm curious as to whether or not these sim cards differ from the postpaid or corporate issued cards. My wife is considering dumping AT&T (and her iPhone) and going to T-mo prepaid. I manage a T-mobile corporate account and have a steady, unlimited supply of free SIM cards from my corporate account manager. Is there any reason I would have to buy a specific SIM to activate a pre-paid account?
All SIM cards for T-Mobile are the same. The only difference with prepaid is that you need an "activation" number. Also, kits are sold with a mini-SIM rather than a micro-SIM if you need one though I believe you can go into a
T-Mobile corporate store and they'll activate a micro-SIM if you need it.
