You are one person I would not argue with if I was in the RCC or First Class Lounge. You give them chocolates and do not ask for much Seriously, I have learned alot from you and the others on here...

One thing that would be nice, give us a free Star Alliance Day pass (for any Star Alliance including your own). Just one, with our packages... then if someone is not a member they can check it out, if you are flying without your spouse, again she can use it,etc... US Airways offered them and it was nice.. I used one for my wife, and 2 for clients... they appreciate it and the airline may get new members,etc....
