Changing flight after checking in
Last Thursday I changed my flight to an earlier one back from Berlin after I had checked in. My TA, CWT couldn't change the booking as I was already checked in so had to do it over the phone with BA.

As I paid for this personally, should I expect to see some sort of receipt in ba.com or do I need to request one?
