We didn't get any of the above when we stayed this weekend, but we did get an upgrade to the hotel's only suite. A rather odd room, closer to a junior suite than a fully-fledged suite IMO (there's no wall between the sitting/reception area and the bed) but still spacious and comfortable.
Great location, as others have written, and pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet was unusual in that the cooked breakfast items were so obviously fresh that I chose egg, bacon and beans -- something I almost never do in a hotel -- and didn't regret doing so. Everything else looked good as well.
I'd return and, based on this first stay, can highly recommend this hotel (especially when you consider that the disappointing Courthouse Doubletree is often just as expensive for cash and will soon be a Category 7 for redemptions -- what are they thinking?!).
