Sounds like this was the same situation for NewbieRunner above. I'll already have BP's in hand but is it worth going to the LX desk to get a PA or can one just show your F BP at the security line?
I wish I knew this a few months ago when traveling with my wife who has trouble standing for long periods of time. The security line was rather long.
Regarding boarding - IIRC, when the flight was called the attendant in the LX F lounge suggested we wait. At the last minute an escort brought those who were left in the lounge to plane, cutting in front of the other passengers still boarding some time later. A very nice way to do it. I wish all airlines did this consistently.
There was a short queue for priority security (to the right of the ordinary secuirty line) but the check-in agent who escorted me took me straight to the pre-security check point. I would have joined the priority security line if I had been by myself.
I was surprised the flight was called so early but I followed a couple of people who cut in front of the other passengers to the lefthand side which appeared to be an unmarked priority lane for boarding.
