I'm not sure what site the OP was referring to. There is no "jettsetters.com" - it's just a parking page.

There is a reputable and useful discount hotels site called jetsetter.com. I've used them a few times to get very fancy hotels at pretty good discounts. But as far as I know, they don't do flights.
