This has happened to me numerous times as well. I've always emailed e-r cs and asked them to credit the account, with the correct survey info. Always has been resolved to my satisfaction. Remember, much of the time, you're directed the site administering the survey (meaning not the "host", e-rewards). These sites include: opinionate, surveyliciuous, etc. Sometimes they don't configure their surveys in the best manner, but e-rewards always has made good on their reward to me. Very repsonsive cs.
And I always report those "incedents" to E-rewards and they always credit me for it. The way I see it is getting the reward for less time wasted.
