Dutch AMEX Green or FB Silver or something else?

I'm a Dutchie that does not travel very often for business/leisure.
I've been trying to get my head around the different programs for people in the Netherlands and I'm still not sure what is best! Hope anyone here can help.

I have around 3-4 roundtrips a year. (1-2 Intercontinental (with 1 stop), 1-2 in Europe)

I currently have FB and a regular Mastercard. I'm now looking into getting an AMEX Green of AMEX FB Silver to get some benefit from the trips I book (Often KLM / Sky Partners).

As I understand it, with AMEX Green, I get 2 points/EUR abroad, and get 1 point/EUR for the rest, with a 1 point = 0,8 FB point transfer rate.

With AMEX FB Silver, I get 0,8 FB point/EUR (and 1 FB/EUR on KLM Flights), but 20 month extension of points and ability to join partner points.

Booking with AMEX does incur a 15 eur fee on klm.com I noticed. Does it get benificial?

Which of these (or which other alternative program), if any, do you recommend?

Paul
