At checkin last week I was told twice that we would not get free Internet as SPG Gold, even when reminding this was now a Gold benefit. After sternly requesting it for the third time it was granted and our room was upgraded to a sea view. The stay has been OK since then.

How many devices have they allowed you to log on with?
We were allowed 4 although we were told that was done as a favour as we were only supposed to be allowed 1 device.
