Was trying to sort out seat assignments for an upcoming flight and nicely enquired whether or not they can block my neighbouring seat. MPO officer courteously replied that they cannot do that with the new system anymore.

Btw - I concur that the agents now have to go to a specific "console" to make changes to your itin, seat assignments etc. as whilst all I wanted to do was to be assigned an aisle seat (all blocked in MMB), I spent about 5 minutes listening to Robbie Williams.
