Maximum is 3 kits per household address. Their system is entirely screwed up. Even though transactions failed to complete with my wife's credit card and our home address, TMO still processed two sets' of charge authorizations.

CS tried to help 'push' the transactions through but no luck. Next call is to Visa for refund later this month
