Unfortunately I have never heard of the "quick connect" service to which the OP refers. Quite the contrary, IME there is no such thing as a quick anything at JFK.

On the ELAL Matmid website they mention that this new service is available to their passengers arriving at JFK T4.
That's why I wanted to know if it was also at T3
