LX and LH are better than BA but only if you can be bothered to transit ZRH/GVA/FRA/MUC. From LHR, without a detour, BA is Best to the West

Going East it's another story altogether.

The naan bread incident is what happens when you allow undertrained, unsupervised college kids to serve in F. If true, a real shocker that beats the Red Wine in a Champagne Flute episode for ignorance And to think they'll be rolling out this service to LAX soon. Is this wise?
