Fair enough. Is the problem shortage of miles or needing 4 flights on BA metal. If so, then probably no option but if not, as
Rickers has suggested why not a domestic trip on AA?
Sadly the 4 flights on BA metal is a definite rule, and not hard to do - I know people who do this in a week!
