I understand there have been many discussions on this including from myself but I have just had a quick look at my latest booking and for the first time 'upgrade my class of travel with avios' is not greyed out. When I click on it it states ' Sorry, it is not possible to change this booking on ba.com. Please contact your booking/travel agent'.

Anyone tried upgrading through the TA or can explain if this works?
