I did. I got tickets after booking, ticketing was finished on 26-th of March I have ticket numbers.
Email about cancellation of the booking (not the tickets numbers) was send to me in DOC format on 20-th April along with somebody elses booking and email address explaining the system error, the letter doesn't have ext. number or case number and dated 28-th of March. No signature or name of responsible person.
If I look the statistics in the properties of the document it was edited 19-th of April 2012
