Hello, first post here, I'm currently in the middle of a stay but somewhat unhappy.

I returned about 2 am last night to the hotel I had booked to find people sleeping on the couches in the lobby. This morning I pressed the front desk about it and they took an attitude with me and refused to talk to me citing "hotel business". I called the platinum line, and while they called the hotel and gave me more information they still didn't give me a straight answer.

I guess I'm a bit angry I'm paying for a room while people are sleeping in the lobby, should I press this issue farther?
