No, I don't think so.

However, Comfort Class is only available on 77W equipment. As far as the routes you mentioned are concerned, SIN is always served by 330, ICN is a mixture of about 330 about 5 weekly and 77W only 2 weekly; finally BKK has two flights whereof TK 64/65 are always on 330 and TK 68/69 used to be a mixture of 343 and 77W but appears to be always on 343 later this year. I checked a few 77W flights to ICN on random dates in August and they have good availability in Comfort Class.

The real issue - also broadly discussed in this forum - are equipment changes, which result in a involuntary downgrade of Comfort Class pax. I think if Comfort Class should be a success, the entire long haul fleets needs to be equipped.
