I can't believe I missed this thread, as I was looking for this exact topic in the time frame this thread was started. I'm also surprised there hasn't been more of an uproar: are there really only four of us who have had the need to look at 2011 points detail on or after 1/1/12???
Anyway, there is a way to obtain this detail online; the problem with the web site is a disconnect between the programmed capabilities and the supplied user interface. Make the appropriate change to the UI on the client side, and away you go.
So what exactly is the fix? Well, I've reached the regrettable decision to stop public posting of SWA web site workarounds because virtually every time I do so the IT department seems to view it as a fresh opportunity to make a change that shafts the customer all over again, even prioritizing doing so over taking care of known web site bugs. Until SWA promises to stop doing that, I will only supply web site fixes by PM to users who a) request them and b) swear that they are not an SWA employee or contractor (or employee of a contractor), and will not share the information with any SWA employee or contractor (or employee of a contractor).
