I was in WT flying LHR-LAX with the family last summer and the kids were very impressed when I was greeted at my seat by name. They were even more impressed when we got a 5 pax upgrade to WT+ on the way home......not so pleased when my broken screen earned me a further bump up the aisle to CW !!
