Hey Manish, I built AwardSpy to do exactly what you're asking for, but for award stays. I had not even considered using it for paid-stay availability, but that's an excellent idea and something I will definitely plan on implementing now. You can check out the service for now, and I'll send out an email to the users when the paid alerts feature is available.
