The only downside is that it is near the bathrooms, so you might have people standing in that area in front of you and possibly a stench from the lavs...
Be careful on what looks like good seats, but are seats that do not recline because there is a bulkhead behind you. Lufthansa's ONCI seat map is not very obvious.
