Yes. Like all preferred seats, bulkheads are available for purchase at T-24 hours. The question is whether or not the person buying that bulkhead seat gets a refund if a disabled pax and/or

Well if I were a non-medallion with a job interview on the line, I would take my chances, especially if I didn't have a seat assignment yet! Somehow I feel like the odds would be better that the GA would take care of a displaced pax with a former seat assignment before a medallion without.
FYI, as a GM who often (at least 1/3 flights) selects the bulkhead at T-24, I have never had any issues with being displaced.
