My work has been doing a 12 week fitness program where they set a goal of 150 minutes of exercise the first week and ramp you up to 300 minutes by the last week. This is the last week and I've actually managed to keep up with it for the most part! Yesterday I did 50 minutes of cardio at the gym. (This is only impressive to me as I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant).
