Well, North America still is pretty good value at 125k miles in F, however TATL F availability is pretty much non-existent nowadays if you want to book more than 1-2weeks in advance, particularly if you´re looking for two seats.

The best value ex-Europe IMO is Australia/NZ in C at 145k miles. You can fly both LX and NZ, two of the best c products out there IMO.
F costs 205k miles (previously 170k miles which was a great deal) which would be a little more than you have, but not completely out of reach.
