I usually take the hotel transport. Casa Andina and Inkaterra have their desk within the airport near the baggage claim. Can't remember if there are taxis desk there, I guess so. The airport was remodelated last time I went (march 2011).

Now, most hotels, even less expensive hostales, are happy to arrange airport pickup. I suggest you should contact Novotel or your travel agent for this. researching other 2 resources, they suggest the same: book your taxi in advance via your hotel.

Are you staying in Lima? Just in case I include the correspondent answer for Lima airport:

There are at least 3 booking desk, and you MUST take one of them. Don't take taxis outside the building, though lot of people will offer you but there is no warranty at all. I mean not necessarily a safety problem (they are not thiefs necessarily though there have been some cases), but they offer you a fast transport and once you enter the car you may wait for more passengers, like in a shuttle, though it's a car and not a van

I include the airport webpage with the 3 desk inside the airport. Mitsoo and CMV were born as "remisse", in Peru that is an executive service (differente from Argentina): Mercedes Benz, luxury cars, but not limos. But those companies (or at least CMV) offer also cheaper transport (less executive, Hyundai cars)

Taxi Green is an economic line, more simple cars. Don't know how much is exactly, you may compare the 3 companies cause the desks are contigous.
