When I was younger I used to see airports, lounges and planes as a challenge to drink as much as possible before falling unconscious but now I'm older and my body isn't as good a processing the alcohol I'm getting more sensible.

As long as I don't have a meeting or need to drive at the other end I still a couple of drinks to help me nod off, but I have learnt that it's vital to keep hydrated on long flights otherwise I'm wrecked for 2 days.
