If you had new or revised reservations, re-check today! I had made reservation changes last Tuesday and even got the confirmation e-mail from bmi within minutes (combined US and LH flights). However, when I just happened to check on the itinerary in my LH M&M account this morning, I noticed that the LH segment disappeared. I immediately called bmi and they told me that since they were not able to get the re-ticketing done by midnight, LH cancelled the flight. I didn't want to get into an unproductive debate about the confirmation e-mail so I simply asked if they could re-instate the flight. It took a few minutes but they were able to do it.
