I'm impressed with Mypoints(for the first time). The 1,000 points from my more.com purchase two days ago has already posted in less than 48 hours. If this was the way the system worked on a regular basis I would be making more purchases. I must also say that the other day I wrote Clickrewards to inquire about missing points. I received an e-mail right away and within 48 hours the points were posted and another e-mail to apologize and to inquire if the experience had turned me off to clickrewards. I think Mypoints needs to strive to emulate that kind of caring customer service .
