That contraption does not look safe...at all. How is your suitcase going to handle that extra weight? I tend not to put my nine month old baby in anything that does not have a shoulder harness. He just squirms and twist too much. I can also see plenty of opportunity for stuck fingers, kiddo getting run over by other travelers. Most of all I'm concerned that your average suitcase will not be able to bare the extra weight. Not to mention the topple factor.
