I think you can take BCT route 4 to Young Circle to change the route 7 West. Then you get off at Hollywood Tri-Rail station. Then you take on Tri-Rail to Metrorail transfer. You have to get EasyCard at vending machine before you boarding the train. Because taxi is too expensive. You can't get on taxicab.

Or if you want to take route BCT 4 south to Hallandale Beach Blvd. You have take Metrobus on route E from Hallandale Wal-Mart Center. They will take you on Collins Ave Then you have change the route S. There is free transfer bus-to-bus.
