I understand that JAL does not provide overnight hotel for award travel. Does JAL has contracts with nearby hotel where there are negotiated rate for JAL passengers?

Arriving on F, have connecting flight the next day on J. Can I spend a couple of hours in the F or J lounge upon arrival?
