For me, I go to:
- My Account
- Scroll down to "Profile" section (grey box)
- Click "Manage Profile" link
- Look for "Saved Traveler" section (in the grey box)
- Should be a "TSA Prescreening Program" link at the far right of the saved traveler info
Once you click that link, you can provide your pass ID (e.g. NEXUS or GE #) and choose to opt in.
From reading the page, it sounds like you don't need a pass ID to participate.
