Of course it isn't currently but the point is that it could be smaller hub within a medium size, in population that is, country. Germany has 2, Italy has 2, Spain has 2 and so on while France and UK has one....anyway I give in to the Little Londoners and leave them to their over priced, crowded, drought stricken self important corner of this green and pleasant land.
