They're notorious for that, I can't count the amount of times that I've spent 10-15 minutes only to find that "You don't qualify" It shouldn't take them that long to let you know you didn't meet the criteria.

Welllll nowwww, that's a matter of opinion.
Actually, though, I've been fortunate to pull high dollar surveys for many years now. I believe its not so much a matter of assigning the correct suirveys as it is what surveys are empowered to them to match their membership.
