Seat charts are not necessarily reliable indicators of actual fare availability. Check the Travel Tools Forum for some tools that can reveal how many seats in each fare class are actually available for sale; that might give you a better indication of what's on offer. (You also could be bumping into a high demand time because of a special event.)
