Despite marketing double speak, "Executive First" is just business class and in no way resembles Lufthansa and Swiss First class.

Fees, taxes, and scamcharges will be around $800 if you fly Lufthansa, Austrian, LOT or Air Canada over the Atlantic. About $200 if you fly Swiss, United or USAirways.

2 seats will be very hard to find.
Right now EWR-IST on United is wide open for all of summer, but that would require backtracking to FCO.
