I operate a steady diet of FCO's - being my favourite city on the planet. I'm wagering that the route hasn't had been scheduled with non-XM'd service for about 4 years. Despite being seasonal and highly leisure, I presume the case was made to provide XM'd/Exec First service from both YUL and YYZ and given the load factors, has proved successful.
RC mentioned United - there's also USAirways from PHL.
