Hmm pulling up the reservation now, I see the flight from KOA to SFO is now a 757-300 and the reservation shows this

Fare Class: Coach (ON)
Meal: None
No Special Meal Offered.

So I called 1K Reservations, seemed to have gotten connected to someone how has trouble understanding basic speech as I had to go through repeating the confirmation number numerous times with him. He though I was going to Turkey and Hungary and was going to transfer me to International Reservations. After 5 more iterations of me repeating the Letters/Numbers and him not getting it right, we finally get to my record and after putting me on hold he says that it is not Coach, it is First Class. I ask why it says coach on the website but that questions seems to be ignored. Then I notice that the time for the KOA-SFO flight has changed AGAIN from an overnight flight (9PM) to 1PM. I said we have changed this previously and the 1PM flight time won't work for us. He says hold on a sec and proceeds to hang up on me. Awesome.
Called back and got a competent lady who is now helping change my flight to another day since there seem to be no more overnight flights on Saturday to the mainland from Kona. Supervisor is getting me upgrades on the flights.
To follow up on what happened with my Coach (ON) flight. The KOA-ORD legs of this trip have been changed 4 times now by either United or myself fixing what United did (originally KOA-ORD nonstop, United cancelled that flight and routed me through LAX on the 12(ish)pm flight, I called to change it to the 9PM flight through SFO, United cancelled the 9PM flight and put me on the 1pm flight through SFO, I called and extended the trip 1 day to return on the 9PM flight through SFO on Sunday).
It seems that the RPUs for the return trip were re-deposited into my account (perhaps just before the system migration) when a flight change occurred even though the fare basis remained (ON) on these return flights, and the 2nd leg of the return flight said United First the first leg said Coach. This does not appear on my award activity so it must have happened pre-3/3 but I didn't realize it. I do find it strange I would be left in the ON bucket. When I changed the flight this last time to extend the trip a day and take the overnight flight from KOA to SFO, the agent confirmed she could get me upgrades and had a supervisor ready to do it. All flights on my reservation now show (R) instead of (ON).
