Trying to book two award rooms now for a week out. Can't do it online...call Plat line. While I can pay for a Deluxe room with two twins that form a king, I can't book that room with points. My only point option is a suite for 24,000 points per night vs. the normal 12,000 per night. Plat rep said perhaps some of the other rooms that I see as available for cash bookings have a view and, therefore, aren't offered for award.
Hotel called...they do not make operaa view rooms avialble for point redemption.
Does all of this sound legit?
