Interesting. I think any enhanced immigration service should only allow enrolment from citizens of those countries who give reciprocal access to their own expedited immigration systems.

The Netherlands and US link for Global Entry should be the model pushed by the UK Government here. You only get access to our system if you grant our citizens access to yours.
