Harsh - they are getting completely saturated by the redemption stampede. I personally find the ICC much better to deal with than it was a few years ago. Not without its problems still, I grant you, but ticketing within the SQ deadline has been pretty reliable recently. I hope you get your seats back in the morning.
Not harsh when you realise this same problem has been happening for years, and I specifically told the agent that it needs to be issued in time otherwise it will be cancelled. At what point was I going to be told the reservation has been cancelled? It's only because I don't trust the ICC that I kept checking check my trip. It's an utter shambles!
