It should be readable at SEA and double beep for PreCheck even if it's printed at another station. Whatever status you are using to get PreCheck (MVP 75K, NEXUS, GE, etc.) will be encoded in the bar code because all airports are moving to the same bar code reader system at the TSA.
Also remember - not everyone who is PreCheck eligible will receive PreCheck benefits for every flight. Even if you're eligible and your bar code says so the machine may not grant you PreCheck. Or the TSA agent may not...
