FWIW - NEVER had this problem with Hyatt. Emails to the PH in Paris, Zurich and Moscow are answered within one day and they could not be more gracious. If what you say is standard at SPG, they should be ashamed and retrained. Goodness - it's 2012!

If they are too busy to respond to customer emails in a timely fashion, then yes they ARE too busy.
