I know what your talking about and generally the answer is unfortunately NO. I have seen them start to show up in First in Regional Jets and more recently configured domestic aircraft like the MD-90. After years with AA and CO, I truly believe Delta has the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. Not only are the seats not bolstered and without movable headrests, they are incredibly hard... even in first. My suggestion... bring your pillow, always!
