All of the following should have winged headrest seats in Y:

747-400 (only on NEWLY REFURBISHED ones) - way to tell NEW: Business Class seatmap is 1-1 or 1-2-1 instead 2-2 or 2-3-2

767-400ER - all YES

777-200ER/LR - all YES

A330-200/300 - all YES

757-200 (75E) - these are used on transcons and some transoceanic routes (way to tell a 75E: 16 seats in premium cabin, Y has a door between rows 35 and 36).

767-300ER - the newest ones have them (at least the seven refurbished with flat-beds (Business CLass seat map of 1-2-1), and a few newer ones (but not refurbished yet); a good portion of the unrefurbished ones do not have them (such as the one you flew to AMS on).

Most domestic planes do not have winged headrests:

737-700
737-800
767-300
Most 757 variants except for the 75E listed above
A320
A319
MD88/90
Great info, thanks! ^
