My problem is that because MQMs are so easy to come by and because they roll over I often don't get upgraded. My flight routes have recently changed and I'm now flying more "Hub Heavy" routes - so now it's become an issue. Last week I was 11 of 46 with 2 available - the week before that I was 13 of 37 with 4 available. BRUTAL

I've chosen as my first step to complain on FT.

Two potential solutions. Pay for F on a brutally Hub-Heavy medallion rich route. Fly economy on your other routes.

With 250K BIS -do what others have suggested -spread your spend. With rollover you are Delta DM anyway, so status match on UA/AA/US and get very high status with them - spreads your options.
