Economy class headrests

Hi, Delta newbie here, recently status-matched to Silver status from UA. I'm wondering if there's any info out there about the different headrests in Economy on various DL planes: by headrests, I mean those things that fold forwards to support your head from the sides.

I flew EWR-AMS-EWR a few weeks ago, each way on one of these:

and those seats had *no* foldable things at all. I didn't realize how much I valued them until they weren't there, I found it virtually impossible to sleep.

Then this past weekend I flew JFK-SFO-JFK, on this I think (perhaps could have been another 757-200):

and these had awesome headrests, really big ones almost in the style of what I think of as business-class seats (at least from my UA experience).

I was pretty pessimistic about my switch to DL after the AMS flights (at least UA and LH virtually always had a small folding flap which worked pretty well, in my experience) but am somewhat encouraged now. So is there any way to find out which style of headrests are on different planes?

Thanks in advance for any tips.
