I prefer the UA GS or Marriott's Plat Premier model... Unpublished revenue-based elite tier capped at a certain number/percentage of total medallions.

I won't ever hit that, but it puts all the DYKWIA-types in their place, be that a secret super-elite tier or EXCLUDED from that tier so they know they aren't really as special as their mom tells them they are.
